Tulip Paint Taggers Review
So on a random day at the craft store I spotted one of Tulips new products called Paint Taggers. They’re suppose to be for graffiti style effects. Its basically just the regular puff paint in a lip gloss type tube which I guess its suppose to be good at giving that smearing type of effect like in graffiti.
